How can I set up Dual Authorisation?
To set up Dual Authorisation for your business you can:
- Call the Online Banking helpdesk on 0345 600 2323*
- Call the Business Team on 0345 605 2345*
Either way, you’ll first need to be registered for Online Banking. If you’re not, you can register online, in branch or by calling the helpdesk on the number above. You’ll also need an authentication or debit card and be registered for PINSentry.
Please note that if you have a simple signing mandate, you won’t be able to set up dual authorisation until you change your mandate to a complex signing.
