What if I get my PIN wrong?
If you locked your PIN while making a purchase
You’ll need to visit a Barclays cash machine to unlock it, and you’ll need the correct pin. Just select 'PIN services' and follow the instructions.
If you locked your PIN at a cash machine
Please visit us in branch, or call us on 0345 734 5345. We’re open Monday to Friday from 7am to 10pm, from midday to midnight on weekends, and from 7am to 10pm on bank holidays.
If you live abroad and have locked your PIN, we’ll need to send you a new card. Please call us on the number on the back of your card so we can help you with this.
