Fixing technical issues when registering for the Barclays app
If the app won’t load or it crashes during registration, you can:
- Download the latest version of the Barclays app from your app store
- Restart your device and try to register again
- Reset the registration journey – select the ‘?’ button on your log-in screen, then go to ‘Forgot passcode?’ and select ‘Reset’
- Update your device’s operating system from its settings, then try to register again.
