It's difficult to remember my Online Banking log-in details. What can I do?
You can save your membership number and surname on your computer. Next time you log in, your membership number and surname will automatically display. This will not affect your security protection.
How do I save my details?
When you next enter your membership number and surname, tick the box at the bottom of the page. This will save your details under your stored cookies.
I’ve saved my details but they’re not displaying
That could be for 3 reasons:
- If your browser is set to clear cookies (for example you are using a browser in its private browsing mode) then the details won't be saved
- If you delete the stored cookies on your computer manually, you will have to re-enter your details and save them again
- If you use a different computer or log in then the details will not be visible
