If my face isn't recognised, can I still access the Barclays app?
You have 5 attempts to log in to the Barclays app using Face ID. If your face still isn’t recognised, you’ll be asked to log in using your 5-digit passcode.
If your face continues to not be recognised, you may need to set up Face ID again in your device settings.
