How can I update my contact details for my business account?

Remember not to email us asking to change your contact details – email’s aren’t secure and we want to make sure that we only change your address if we know it’s you who’s asked us to.

If you have complex signing rules and need to change your address

You'll need to write us a letter, signed by someone who's authorised to sign for your account with us.

The letter needs to include:

  • Your business name
  • Your sort code and account number
  • The types of address that you want to change – for example, if it's a residential or trading address
  • The address you want to change
  • The full new address
  • Whether your business has or uses BACS, Barclaycard Commercial or payment acceptance – so we can switch all your correspondence at the same time
  • The full names of the people who've signed it.
