What if I have a disability that makes using Chip & PIN difficult?
You should call your card issuer for advice. If you have a Barclays debit card, you can ask for help at any branch or by calling Telephone Banking (if you’re registered). If you have a Barclaycard, call 0844 811 9011*.
You could also request a chip and signature card instead, which will enable you to sign at point of sale.
