I've missed a payment on my Barclayloan, what should I do?
If the Direct Debit for your loan has been returned unpaid, we will attempt to claim the payment again in 10 days. You don’t need to do anything in the meantime.
If you don’t have a Direct Debit set up, you can make a payment using one of the options below. If you’re worried about not being able to make a payment, please call 0333 202 7412 so we can support you. Lines are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm.
