How can I get a copy of the personal information you hold about me?

There’s a fee of £10 for each request, which you can pay by cheque. We won’t cash the cheque until the day we send the information.

You can ask us to post it to a UK address or choose a branch from which to collect the information. We’ll try to respond as quickly as we can, although the process could take up to 40 days.

We may not be able to provide the information you’ve requested in some circumstances. We don’t hold records indefinitely after accounts and other financial products have been closed or cancelled.
