When sharing data, what should I do if I’m having problems with my access code?
When you request to set up permission to share data you’ll get a unique 6-digit access code. If it doesn’t work, try resubmitting your request.
The code will expire after 5 minutes.
If you don’t see an access code, you’ll need to re-submit your request through the chosen third party.
If your code isn’t working, it may be incorrect or expired – please read the message on screen and follow any instructions you see.
