How do I access Mobile PINsentry from the Barclays app?
There are two ways you can access Mobile PINsentry from the app:
Before you log in:
You can access Mobile PINsentry from the top right-hand corner of the log-in page in the Barclays app.
If you've already logged in:
You can access Mobile PINsentry from the ‘Quick Links’ menu.
To use Mobile PINsentry you’ll need to be registered for Barclays Online Banking and have already been issued with a PINsentry card reader.
Please note that it can take up to 10 days after you’ve registered for the app for Mobile PINsentry to become available.
Although Mobile PINsentry comes as a feature of the Barclays app, you can only use it to log into Barclays Online Banking. This is for security purposes and also because, at present, there aren’t any functions available within the app that require PINsentry authentication.
